 Bend the position of your chair to give you a happy viewing distance and attitude. The display should probably be somewhere between eighteen to thirty inches away from you, whatever go well with you best.
Take a break while working in front of the computer
Whenever you could, try to place your study to consist of a combination of work on and away from the display, to prevent tiredness and to vary visual and mental stress. You must have to take breaks before the onset of tiredness, not in order to build up your strength. The timing quantity of the break is more important than its length.
